Drive-in movie theaters are pretty much a thing of the past and honestly, were they still readily available, who could afford to go one any more? Join us to enjoy movies in our best attempt at a sustitute for the drive-in. We'll host movies throughout the year when the weather will allow. Sometimes we'll combine movies with a BBQ or other activity as well. (Some of our titles are kid-friendly, some are not. Please be sure to read Meetup calendar details for each date.)

If you're like me, you here about movies you'd like to see all the time, but then you never actually go see the movie because you don't want to go by yourself. This group will attempt to see a movie in Boulder every week. Usually Saturday and Sunday matinees, but also evenings for the right film (e.g. the Boedecker Theater at Dairy Center shows a lot of stuff you can't see in a multiplex) Join us to see a movie, then we can go out and discuss it over coffee.
Meet other local Movie Fans! Get together once a month to plan movie outings and discuss the hot movies of the month. WELCOME NEW IDEAS FOR RESTURANTS AND movies
This group is for people who love watching very VERY bad movies and having a great time doing it! We are for lovers of the classic 90s TV show "Mystery Science Theater 3000". Some of our favorites include the old Godzillas, made for TV movies, and of course the films of our hero Mr. Ed Wood. We are planning to see the new Rifftrax theater events together and riff some new movies in our meetups too (once we have an attractive enough apartment, or find someone with an attractive enough apartment!)

Enjoy movies but not the cost of seeing them in the theater - rather see them free? Movies at home is a group of people who want to enjoy good movies at no cost. It is not just on a tv screen - my system includes state of the art blu-ray, sound and a 8ft by 5 ft screen with a huge library of films to view
If you like seeing movies, this group has you covered. We'll usually see a movie on the north side of Denver, and we'll usually share a meal before or after the show. This group will be seeing Hollywood blockbusters more often than independent films, but you never know what's next on the schedule. The group is open to everyone and there will never be a fee to join the group. Let's watch some movies!

The Denver Cinema Club is a way to meet up with other film lovers to see a new independent, foreign, or otherwise interesting movie and discuss movies over drinks afterwards. Interested in finding others with whom to socialize, have conversations, enjoy venues in the area? How are you spending your time? Would you like some company? I love sharing stories of good books, movies and even some TV shows (like Jon Stewart). Perhaps a good political discussion can stir some emotions. Sure we can all entertain ourselves but wouldn't the experiences be richer with a friend? The focus of this group would be forming the relationships and the bonds of friendship while doing fun …
